The express delivery service industry is becoming increasingly smarter and more automated recently. Ever since the bloom of Artificial Intelligence and smart robotics, engineers have been dedicated to integrating them into the express delivery service industry. Their efforts are showing promise. AI helps sorting packages which are formerly hard for traditional systems to identify, and robots in the express hubs help workers deliver packages. These are so different from the past when every procedure relies fully on human labour.
And people’s lives have been significantly changed by the express delivery service industry. People formerly went to supermarkets and grocery stores for daily supplies, but since the rise of the industry, they have been gradually shifting to online shopping, which is more convenient and offers more choices. But the negative side of it shouldn’t be ignored: some packages may be destroyed or lost during delivery.
In conclution, the express delivery service industry is bringing people much convenience in life, and is considered as a great invention of the modern society.
